Mr. Robert L. Williams grew up in Cedar Grove, south of Damascus, and graduated Damascus High School in 1965. He attended and graduated Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1968, and was licensed in April 1969. He joined his cousin Mr. Molesworth in 1968, and is presently the owner, operator of the Molesworth – Williams Funeral Home. He is a member of the National Funeral Director’s Association, Maryland State Funeral Director’s Association. To this day he continues to be committed to the families he serves and the community. He continues to carry on the Molesworth legacy set forth over 70 years ago. He is the founding member of The Damascus Heritage Society and is a member of the Damascus Lions Club. He has attended St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Damascus for many years. In December of 2013 Mr. Williams received the Governor's Citation for outstanding service to the community. On December 11, 2013 Mr. Williams received an award from Senator Barbara Mikulski for 45 years of excellent service and the staff of Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home received an outstanding dedication and service award for 65 years of service.

General Manager/ Funeral Assistant / HR Support
Rick grew up in Arbutus, Maryland and graduated Southern High School in 1972. He attended The University of Maryland School of Law while working for the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Court System. He served in Law Enforcement for more than 17 years. In 1982 he returned to school were he received a degree in Business, and HR management. He joined Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home in March of 2005 and is very committed to his job and the families we serve. He has been an asset to the funeral home from day one. He has lived in the Damascus community for over 35 years and is a member of the Damascus Lions Club and many other organizations throughout Maryland. He will be the first to tell you he will never retire and plans to keep the Molesowrth-Williams Funeral Home name around for many more years to come.

Mr. Olin L. Molesworth was a lifelong resident of Damascus. He graduated from Damascus High School in 1939, and received his formal training as a funeral director from the Warner E. Pumphrey Funeral Home, Silver Spring. He purchased this establishment in 1948 from the Beall Family. Sadly, Mr. Molesworth passed away on December 4th, 2008 but his legacy lives on in Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home which is owned and operated by Robert L. Williams. In 2008, Mr. Molesworth received The Governor's Citation for serving to the Damascus Community for more than 60 years.

Heather
was born and raised in Carroll County and is a graduate of South Carroll High
School. Daughter of the late Ronald F. and Robyn Haight Hoff, Heather first
became interested in working with bereaved families as a small child spending
time at her grandparents’ funeral home. Heather joined our staff at
Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home in 2022. She is compassionate and dedicated,
she brings fresh, innovative, and personalized ideas for families and is
honored to have the privilege to help create a celebration of life for a
family’s loved one. She received her A.A. in Mortuary Science from Catonsville
Community College. She holds a Maryland Mortician/Funeral Director’s License
and is a past Treasurer of the Board of the Maryland State Funeral Directors’
Association. She has worked with adults with disabilities, helping them to live
independently and achieve their goals. She and her therapy dog, Simba,
volunteer at local nursing homes, libraries and adult day programs where they
delight in bringing joy and smiles to the seniors and kids of our community.
Heather lives in Westminster and has a deep love for music and animals and
enjoys the outdoors, walking, horseback riding, and camping.
