William T. Bell III

William Thomas Bell (Bill), III passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2023.  He was 71.  Bill was preceded in death by his father, William Bell, Jr. and his mother, Hazel Bell.  Bill is survived by his children, Christene Thomas (Jeff), William Bell, IV (Kathy) and Michael Bell (Joy).  Grandchildren include Taylor and Avery Thomas; Jaylin, Savanna and Lilly Bell; and Julien, Xavier and Hazel Bell.  Bill is also survived by his sister, Mary Eastman (Jim) and brother, Michael Bell (Kathy).

Bill served in the Marine Corps and was a Vietnam Veteran, something of which he was very proud. Bill worked at Kelly Press nearly 30 years before retiring twelve years ago.  Retirement agreed with him.

Bill dearly loved his family.  He enjoyed shopping/antiquing, cooking with his sister, vacations in warm places and, preferably with his children and grandchildren.  

Bill will be dearly missed.  Rest in peace Bill, your family loves you forever.

Friends may call 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, March 30,  at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872, where funeral services will begin at 3 p.m.  Inurnment, with military honors, will be at a later date in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, Maryland.
