Obituary

Mary Garbett, 88, peacefully passed away on March 2, 2023.  She was born in Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales to parents William and Elizabeth Welford on February 16, 1935.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Richard Garbett and is survived by her daughters and son, Barbara Campion (Leo), Peggy Strang, Mary Jurgens (Dave), Rick Garbett (Debbie), 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Mary was an avid reader and bridge player and was active in her local garden clubs and a volunteer for the Republican Party.  She also enjoyed traveling. 

Mary was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Mt. Airy.

Service and interment will be private at Old St. David’s Chapel and Cemetery, St. David’s PA.
