Martha Wilson Obituary


Martha Lee Wilson (age 69) born in Washington, DC, January 17, 1953, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022 at her home in Brunswick, Maryland surrounded by friends and family, after a battle with melanoma. She was a selfless mother dubbed the patron saint of lost kids and lost dogs. Predeceased by daughter Lindsey Chabot and Katherine Chabot; survived and beloved by her children, Christopher Chabot (Oksana), Tiffany Chabot, Timothy Chabot, Bridgette Chabot (Pedro Martinez), and Haley Chabot and grandchildren; Phoenix, Velma, Noah, and Lydia. Also survived by brothers Patrick Wilson (Debbie); Thomas Wilson (Patty); and daughters Nicole Wallace and Ashley Rhodes (Tim); great nieces and nephews; honorary children, Bruce Grey and Crystal Glenn; ex-husband Joseph Chabot and many others.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906, where she will be laid to rest with her daughter Katherine "Katie", who passed away in 1994.
