Ellen C. German

Mrs. Ellen Cochrane German, 83 of Damascus, Md., passed away peacefully Saturday, December 18, 2021. She is survived by her three sons:  Robert and wife Penny of Adamstown; Richard and wife Lisa of Mount Airy; and Ronald and wife Mandy of Frederick. Seven grandchildren:  Dane, Megan, Katy, Tiffany, William, Krystal (Sean) and Sophia; four great grandsons Braydon, Dodge, Shane and CJ; also survived by her sister Mary Ruth Wall of Romney, WV, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Ellen is preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) German, parents Ruth I. and Robert J. Cochrane, Sr., sisters Jane Ann Cochrane and Jean Trahan and brother Robert J. Cochrane Jr.

Family and friends may call on Saturday January 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at Tri-County Baptist Church, 7821 Damascus Road, Gaithersburg, 20882. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. For those attending wearing of a mask or adequate face covering is mandatory in Montgomery County.
