Timothy Matthew Harris
January 14, 1976 - August 29, 2017

HARRIS, Timothy Matthew, passed away in Gaithersburg, Maryland on August 29, 2017 leaving behind his loving wife of 5 1/2 years, soulmate and best friend, Carrie Harris. Tim was an avid baseball player and grew up in the Gaithersburg Sports Association program where his love for baseball continued to grow. He was an amazing left handed pitcher for Gaithersburg High School, Montgomery College, Rockville and the US National Team. His love for baseball was undeniable just as his love was of his family.

Tim leaves behind his wife, Carrie Harris, his mom and dad, Betsy and Chris Myers, his dad and stepmom, Donald and Karen Harris, his brother, sister-in-law and nephews, Donnie, Kasia, Jacob, Luke, and Ben Harris, his brother, Jordan Harris, his brother, Brad Harris, his sister, Lauren Harris and mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Martha Tuttle. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins including his special cousins, Ralph Harris and Talbot Stull. He loved each and every one of his family members just the same but these two held a special place in his heart. He also leaves behind his Boston Terrier, Cosmo, who misses him terribly and looks for him every second of the day as do we all.

Tim had been very involved as a Team Leader for Outreach programs through our church home, Church of the Redeemer, which his love for Christ grew each and every day. Tim's Memorial Service will be held on September 19, 2017 at 1pm here at Church of the Redeemer located at 19425 Woodfield Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879.
