Tarra Hilton Obituary

Tarra L. Woodfield Hilton, Clarksburg, Md. passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018.   Born July 19, 1966, she was the daughter of Eloise Haney Woodfield and the late Thomas L.”Tucky” Woodfield.

In addition to her mother, Tarra is survived by her husband, Robert ”Bobby” Hilton and a son, Greg; a sister, Alethia Watkins (Mike); a grandmother, Esther King Haney; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her special, pet dog of many years, “Cookie.”

A 1984 graduate of Damascus High School, she accomplished many things in her lifetime. Tarra worked for COMSAT Laboratories and later started her own business, A+Graphics and Text. Most recently, she was self-employed and worked with her husband running several businesses, “Your Pet Buddy” and Hiltons Farm and Garden.

Tarra was the 1984 Maryland Dairy Princess and the Montgomery County Fair Queen.  She was a life member of the Montgomery Co. Ag. Fair and currently served on the Damascus Community Fair Board. She was a Md. 4-H All Star and member of the Maryland Jersey Cattle Club.

Tarra enjoyed working with animals and traveling.  Her laughter, smile, and talents will be missed by many who knew her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Upper Seneca Baptist Church, 23401 Davis Mill Road Cedar Grove, Md. 20876
