It's is with great sadness that I have learned of Emilie's passing and wish to express my condolences to her family. I had the privilege to work with her in the Child Safety Seat program while I was the Assistant Commander of the Rockville Barrack, Maryland State Police. Emilie trained many troopers for which we shall always be grateful. There is no way to know how many life's she impacted by her dedicated service to countless safety inspections. Like Emilie, I also grew up in the Cedar Grove area of Montgomery Co. and attended Cedar Grove Elementary School and Damascus High. Emilie lead a life of service for which you can always be proud. With much gradatude, First Sergeant,(Retired) Bryan K. Davy, Maryland State Police
